Sorry for opening a new thread ( there is a old one with locations ), but i would like to discuss just this card alone, it's benefits and it's value to the Rogue class ( both PvP and PvE )
Cant find a link for the trinket so gonna put a short description of it ( from memory ) :
Each time your direct dmg attacks dose not crit you gain 17 crit rating ( stacks to 20 ) for 10 seconds. Works the same way for spell.
Out of all the new darkmoon trinkets this one looks the most appealing to me.
Right now i am playing combat fist for both Arena and PvE. Basicly Fist spec was a MUST for any rogue who wanted to do both arena and pve with same spec ( as in combat ) because all other specs had basicly no crit wahatsoever ( speaking about non-dagger builds )
I am siting at 31% crit ( some 2225 / 2000 teams ) and most of the people i face have about 200 resilience. This puts me to about 25% crit to them
Since 12 next month the season resets i was thinking going swords or some other build. But the problem was ... crit... since people will push some 300 resilience next season. That is a big turndown to any other combat spec ( pvping with 18% crit vs your oponent dosent look to bright right now )
Now.. this trinket seems to solve all our problems since i see it as the perfect combat rogue trinket. Spaming SS on your oponent there are times when you get a long non-crit chain. THis trinket could very well work with mace spec ( wtb some info on mace spec for PVE btw.... is it the same dmg outpoot as sword/fist spec.. ) or sword spec.
What are your fellow rogues thoughts on this trinket. Anybody who has it yet .
On my server this will be about 1000g from AH ( 500g for ace + rest of cards ). A pretty big investment so i would like to know if somebody else got this trinket.
Is it any good ? How dose it work with "Hourglass of the Unrevelar " ( 300 AP proc on crit strike and 32 crit rating on equip )
To summ it up :
1. What is your opinion about this trinket for PVE / PVP with a combat build
2. Do you have it allready ( some imput would be wonderful )
3. Have you tried to PvP with it
4. How dose it synergise with Hourgalss of the Unrevelar
5. How dose it do on a rogue ( dual-wield is my biggest dillema... since off-hand crits can eat your crit charges )
