Read the first post of the thread. I give a lot of very specific rules for how to post in this thread. You have to do the work yourself to provide what you think is a BiS list, list out all the gear (chardev isn't being updated so this makes it even more work for you), and prove that it's best with simulation data.
Whining about how come no one else has done this work for you yet so you don't have to think is far removed from a helpful contribution.

I've been looking around and haven't seen any BiS for 4.2 lists.
Apologies if that info is elsewhere but this seemed like a reasonable place
