Forgive me for sounding like such a nub, but after trying to read this as carefully as I could, my HPS or HPM (Whatever recount is showing) indicates my heals on average went up 3-4k more than what I originally was doing (thought I knew it all at the time). I currently only have 1950 spirit whereas before i felt having at least 2500 was necessary (boy was I wrong) to keep up in and raid. I will continue reading and trying different things accord to this excel doc you have attached. TY TY TY TY TY TY TY TY TY a million times!
