My conclusion, was even if you spec 3/3 genesis for longer dots, and only miss 1 in 4, you still need to waste 5 gcd's per 100 second period. Which really just isn't even worth the time for just a 3% odd mastery buff. Now if you have the trinket because you are moonkin main spec, and don't have a better resto trinket(I haven't mathed it, but t11 resto trinkets are probably better if you count the worth of the proc, though that is a healthy INT boost over them), sure use it because its a lot of INT.

But it isn't worth it to keep up the mastery portion, unless you have a second you aren't casting anyway.

@Silkworm, yes we've discussed that, 2005 is certainly worth somewhat less in 10 mans, however 2 things, first off with the prevalence of haste gear in FL, I doubt you CAN reforge all the way down to 916, which means you are wasting item points hanging out in between.

And second, WG/Efflo are still a lot of your healing, and while the haste to your direct heals isn't worth it by itself, it certainly is nice as well, and certainly noticeable going from 916-2005, so it helps your spot heals come out a bit faster, and your hots tick a bit faster on the tank etc.
