At a reasonable gear level, Mastery is better than Dodge/Parry, as we know. Mr. Robot does not contradict this and if you check it will even tell you to gem and reforge for Mastery, as you would expect.

Overall, it's a decent model. Note that, for the cloaks, the FR cloak still came ahead for me even when I set Hit to 0, but it was very close. If you are at a higher dodge/parry than me (and thus have greater DR), then the Thrall cloak is probably better. It also depends on how much you value the extra stam. It's not much, but might just be enough to tip your preference one way or the other.
