What's the verdict with Booming Voice and the T12 2 Piece? From what I've gathered there hasn't been a definitive answer yet.
As what was stated a few pages back, I think that one point in Booming Voice would end up being the best. If we put two points into the Booming Voice talent, we'd be making use of two GCD's after using Battle Shout and Colossus Smash, whereas if we used one point, we'd be making full use of the Colossus Smash debuff, plus two GCDs once the debuff is gone. We're also going to be using Battle Shout more strategically compared to before, where we'd mostly be using it whenever it pops up with a spare GCD available. Because of that, I don't think the increased 15 seconds on the cooldown will be that much of a difference. But.. that's just my opinion.
What are your guys thoughts?
