As pointed out, the resilience is a major waste and thus the PVE weapon is considerably better. The parse is correct.

Now maybe it's me, and maybe I'm just wrong. The value of expertise. Comparing [Ruthless Gladiator's Greatsword] vs [Skullstealer Greataxe]
Standard Base DPS : My current Character DPS on SS = 27,248 (SMF)
Equip 2x Ruthless : 27,338
Equip 2x SSGA (Haste->Crit) : 27,834
Now why would the SSGA parse Higher for a Human Fury Warrior?
It doesn't seem logical that the PvP Swords, Dispite having Resli, Would parse lower than the axes. IF Under Expertise Caps, wouldn't it be higher?
Is this because of the SEP isn't working?
