Both Arms and Fury are perfectly viable for PVE DPS. Please read the FAQ thread and use the search function.

I am hoping i am asking this in the right spot. I got my Lady playing the game, right now she's a Fury spec warrior, however she is ALWAYS at the bottom of the dps list. My tank Paly is doing more than 4x damage than her, I am sure that is not supposed to be that way.
So my question is, which spec does more DPS in PVE and PVP (we will be starting that at 85) Right now she's 78, but I have some nice weapons lined up for her, for level 80.
