While posting personal preference is fine in some situations, this question is asking for a min/max approach to which talent would be more useful. Answering with "how you feel" isn't terribly helpful.

My thought is that a single point in War Academy would be better than a single point in Incite, but I wanted to ask to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

I actually go piercing howl and 3/3 incite, for me it feels like I get more threat from this then when I went for 3/3 war academy and no incite, though I pop inner rage constantly and mash heroic strike
