This is a bit of a fail question, but sadly for me, i totally suck at spreadsheets, and have spent 2 hours banging my head on the desk, so apologies in advance.

With the new cloak and neck from Avengers of Hyjal, i have 27 expertise, without reforging or gemming for it, and actively removing it at times. This would allow me to use glyph of crusader strike, without struggling for the expertise soft cap.

My question is, should i use this glyph, or should i just sit over the soft cap, reforge away from expertise where i can, and reap the minor rewards of less dodges if i am in front of a boss for whatever reason?

I would go for the hit cap first jst so u wont have any misses cause u will b behind the boss / group most of the time,and im sorry tht wasnt part of the qeustion. Also you should use glyph unless it takes away from another glyph that increases damage of one of ur spells, and at that time u could possibly reforge out of expertise for mastery if not crit.
