Long time reader first time poster So my first query is probably a noobish one.
Int and Haste are our best stats (haste at break points), so would [Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest] be BIS as of the huge amount of Int and Haste? I know its got hit (reforge to something) and the proc is wasted, but the stats on the staff are still huge compared to all other options. I ask this as I have the chance to start collecting the orbs soon due to our 10man set up and wondering if it might be worth chasing it actively as BIS.
