Offer to help create/maintain one. In general what you'd love to see isn't something anyone cares about. If you want it, do it. If you can't, wait until someone else does. Also, you need to work on capitalization/punctuation to improve the readability of your posts.

I have made some calculations on bis gear and at this moment i get for full heroic set the most dps output by having chest or helm offset and not the gloves. Can someone share their opinions on a bis list even taking into account reforging.
Also i would love to see on ret forum a bis list like dk's to help with calculations. Trying to figure out if to buy gloves to have 2 set t12 since i got helm allready or to wait for legs for best itemization but on the low side i loose t11 2set if i get t12 legs.
