yeah, it's not pointless, BUT
burn phase is 50 seconds long

Alysrazor is Ignited . Doing 15k dmg per sec. to the raid and gets 2 energy per second
She will return back at 100 energy

stacked buff is 40 seconds long, so "~10 seconds before the burn phase ends or right before the haste/crit buffs drop" are same things :)
