I'm having trouble finding the best possible "starting sequence" now that I got 4T12, especially regarding CD usage and Inquisition application.

Prior to 4T12 and taking into account the 4T11Prot "exploit" where you cast your GotAK wearing your Prot set and quickly swap back to your DPS set before combat starts, my sequence looked something like :

GotAK -> combat starts -> AW (+ HC HoR Proc usually) -> few seconds left on AW : Zeal + Apparatus (HoW spam during AW helps tremendously with building the 5 stacks for AoK).

The proposed best CD usage order with 4T12, as written in the OP, is well suited to an execution phase, when all your CDs are back and you have HP stored up, but not so much for the first few seconds of the fight when you have to get Inquisition up and running and also get your 3 HP asap to cast Zeal because you don't want to delay your CD usage too much, and get the most out of your pre-potion.

How soon are we supposed to apply Inq ? Right at 1HP and then start building HP again, and as soon as we hit 3HP (using a DP proc or not), cast Zeal and refresh Inq for a whole 35 seconds of burst damage ? Or is it best to skip Inq until we get to 3HP, cast Zeal and apply Inq directly after it ? Again, the goal here is to avoid delaying our CDs too much and gain the maximum benefit from pre-potting and our initial 45sec GotAK.

Also, what would be the best time to use AoK once you get 4T12 and still maximize gains from the bonus mastery ? Right after casting Zeal, so you can start spamming CS > TV, and as soon as AoK ends, cast AW and go back to the usual single target rotation ? This isn't usually possible right at the start of the fight since you need time to build the necessary 5 stacks, but is possible later on during the fight. Or at the same time as AW and keep the single target rotation ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
