There are recommended Health pools for each tier of content as well as difficulty (Normal vs. Heroic) which have been reviewed on maintankadin a few times. Although there are a few fights with a high amount of Magical damage, we are not seeing fights like Lady Deathwhisperer where the said Magic attack makes up a majority of the damage.
