That kind of question doesn't add anything useful to the discussion. If you want an answer why you are missing spells, at least provide some combat logs so that we can help you. And better use the SQSA thread instead.

For some reason or another, a few of my spells keep missing while in raid. I am a draenei so I have heroic presence and im at 17.09% hit
