Whitefyst, I was wondering if you could look over my post on page 14 post number 338 again. At the time you went over it explaining the good and the bad. I was just wondering if the new tier may have changed anything from the Arcane shot rotation people have been suggesting recently.

The post was over casting steady shot 100% of the time using arcane for movement only.
