There are simple questions and then there are just ludicrous questions like this. Asking about your level 3 hunter, and the comparison of items at that level is not even close to appropriate for an end game raiding forum. Even in the simple questions / simple answers thread.

I don't understand the mechanics for hunters. I'm reading this because I'm going to create my first hunter.
If I'm a lvl 3 hunter, and have this 2 items:
Item Comparison Tool - World of Warcraft
Which one is best?
Notice that the first one has +1 agility (green item), and the other one is a common item, but has better stats.
So, which one will you choose?
