Infraction for AndreasDS: 8. All accounts must have a valid WoW profile.
Post: Cataclysm Arcane Mage Compendium
User: AndreasDS
Infraction: 8. All accounts must have a valid WoW profile.
Points: 1
Administrative Note:
Message to User:
Please fix your character profile.
You are getting this infraction rather than a warning because not only did you fail to read or search through existing threads where this was discussed multiple times, but you also neglected to read the answer that was posted when you asked this question in SQSA thread on 6/25.
Spec threads are there for discussion of mage spec mechanics, not for answering basic questions from neophytes. Please limit those to SQSA thread and even there, posters should make some effort to research their questions before asking them. Regards,

Original Post:
So everyone keeps making threads about what is the best stat for an arcane mage (Haste or Mastery). The threads are long and everyone says different things denpening on their gear. I dont really care which of them that's best, atleast not for now. It will get solved in the near future so I'm not going to bother you with another one of those questions.
My question is tho, regardless of what gear you have:
Lets say you're in a raid, and you got ALL of the buffs, you're NOT a troll, you're NOT a goblin or anything else like that that gives haste/speed increase, WHERE exactly is the haste cap? At what point of X haste raiting do you reach the 0.9999/1.00000 sec cast time if you have ALL the possible raid buffs that comes from either speccs or normal buffs that players buffs?
