can anyone redirect me to the reason why hit is better than mastery now?
I left when the priority was when mastery was better than hit and on par with crit, but now i see that hit is better than mastery.
i thought the nerf on mastery was only on base, and not in terms of it's scaling, or is it now similar to the old arp cap, if you can get over the cap you should do it, but if not then you should get something else type of thing? or is this more because of the white dmg buff that they did?
also, what is the exact SEP now for all these stats? that would help tremendously
