So my first question is: is it advisable to use both of the 378 trinkets instead of the other two?

If you look at this link, the two trinkets share a cooldown, so you can't use their on-use together (and that is the strongest part of the two trinkets I think). If I'm wrong about this, please do correct me.

/use Fiery Quintessence
/use Rune of Zeth
/cast Wild Growth
My thought is before I cast innervate, I would always wait until one of the two trinkets were active. How are others utilizing these on CD?

If I'm right, and these share a CD, you can't ever use them both together.

I think "#showtooltip Wild Growth" at the top should do the trick.
