Hey there. I was wondering about how important the spell hit cap is.
I'm currently in our 2nd raid group, we've cleared 6/7 in our first id yesterday, so I'm somewhat confident that Rag will spill his loot on tuesday. After that, we're planning on using the 1 - 2 id's for farming before doing hardmodes.
Question is: how important is the spell hit cap? Several addons tell me to keep the hit on both axes as well as on LtS, instead of reforging the surplus of hit to haste / mastery.
