You're doing it wrong.

First, go read http://elitistjerks.com/f78/t111329-..._06_28_2011_a/, and you'll notice you are making several mistakes regarding Reforging, Talents, and Glyphs.

Second, there isn't a cycle anymore, it's all done on priorities, which is also explained on that page.

SnD > Rupture > Eviscerate

Third, check out Megan @ Quel'dorei-US - ShadowCraft to see what fixing your mistakes will have on your char.

Fixing your Talents and Glyphs is about 800DPS, followed by another 370DPS for fixing your Reforges.

Your biggest problem though is sticking to a set rotation, so read up on that Combat Guide and you'll greatly increase your DPS and Contribution to the Raid.
