If you think something isn't working as you thought it does, then onus is on you to do a little research before posting. Read the tooltips of the talents in question, state clearly what you expect, and then show some evidence (combat logs preferably) to back up your claims.

Can someone please explain what beneift BF gets from FoF when casting frostfire bolt? I have never seen a difference in damage when casting ffb with or without fof. it's it only max level rank? I'm still only at 75, but I've been watching this for a while and I see no difference.
