I appreciate you are just being helpful, but when someone hasn't even read the tooltips of the talents of the character he presumably spends most nights playing, then you might like to consider pressing the report button instead of the reply button. Thanks

Brain Freeze - Spell - World of Warcraft
Fingers of Frost - Spell - World of Warcraft
Brain Freeze allows the FFB to benefit from FoF's "treat the target like it's frozen" effect, but not the special 25% bonus to Ice Lance; that's just for Ice Lance. When you see posts about those FFBs being especially good, it's because of synergy with Shatter, Ignite, and Frost's Mastery. It's not something FoF is doing on its own.
