I don't seem to be finding this specific topic in the thread easily, so I might as well ask - how viable is it to switch from a Krol Decapitator at EXP + Spell Shit cap to a Ruthless Pummeler (S10 PvP MH)? I just changed my neck and got the exact 17.00 spell hit without reforges, and although it is still not as valuable as the MH Damage, what about the haste I'll also be losing?
