Read the first post in the thread. BiS submissions must use tauren or dwarf in order to make comparisons about the gear, not the racial abilities. Also, the goal of this thread isn't "how can I maximize haste," but "how can I maximize dps (as measured by simulation)."

I'll do a Dragonwrath one as well once simc fixes their version of the staff, it still has old stats and I'm not sure about how it's modelling the proc.

Have you noticed, that you only have 1640 hit there because of Draenai Racial?

Depending on the Racial, your reforge is the highest haste Rating one can achieve with that BiS list.
I had the same here, the only difference was that you have a Spell/haste Gem in your gloves.

I Think the racials differ here quite a bit.

PS: Did anybody realize that the default setting of SimC is assuming that you got Focus Magic?
