Hello there. I'd like to ask for some assistance. I wanted to have a challenge and since I enjoy the Arcane Spec so much I want to try a PvP oriented spec with Arcane as it's base. I understand having a lot of resilience is a prerequisite for having it be effective. I'd like to hear your thoughts on how I should arrange the Talent Tree for this this undertaking.
