Here's a tip for any Holy Paladin with Jaws of Defeat:
Make sure that after activating the trinket, you cast your next five heals on someone other than yourself.
This will get you to 10 stacks in just five casts as PoTI adds an additional stack allowing you to take advantage of the very sexy 1100/1250 mana cost reduction for a few casts longer.
Every cast you can get off at 10 stacks is the equivalent of an additional 36/41 mp5, so getting there sooner can greatly increase the potential of this trinket.
