I usually wait for Heroism/Lust to drop off because of massive energy capping while using with AR. Not sure if this is the best dps gain. On top I move behind the boss after a flame scythe the avoid parry/dodge (at least for the first 4-5).

By the way, question to the audience: do you use tol'vir in combination wird heroism/lust or with AR?

Did not compare any trys for myself, but i prefer to hit AR when its off CD, especially when i can cleave during cat phase. For not wasting any combo points i continue to attack the boss, tuning BF off when he jumps on a random target and turn it on when he returns to the adds (for maximum energy gain).
