In regards to talent points in Booming Voice with 2pc T12, how viable is a spec with 0/2 talent point in Booming Voice with trinkets such as AofK and Eternal Essence? Both are on use, and the Shout would share a cooldown with one trinket, and could be aligned with DW/AofK every other use. Please share your thoughts on this. Thanks.
