The question is reasonable. The grammar, punctuation, and spelling are not. Please do better. Thanks.

About the use or not of rupture
Here's my thought (consider mangle always up): rupture's used to do lower dmg than eviscerate regarding only its output dmg. But its always being stated as a better dmg per energy cost tho. Taking these facts and also considering buffs like bandit's guile, AR, haste procs (trinkets/4p), or simply, a situation of energy capping, is it still viable to use rupture in cases like <10s of 30% BG (which it wouldnt entirely tick buffed) or in cases u r simply overcapping with procs or cds?
Assuming I am not missing anything mathematically, wouldnt this 'dmg per energy' advantage be gone if we're already overcapping?
At the moment, I'm only rupturing in cases I have BG at 10/20% and not overcapping. Does it make any sense? or I'm just missing some factors to take on...? ;~
Thx for any clarification.
