Also, you might want to double check the table. 1431 is a breakpoint if you have all 3 haste multipliers. As a draenei you certainly don't have the 1% goblin racial, and you likely don't have dark intent since that usually goes to a dps player or a resto druid.

1431 seems to be the break point I was looking for. I think I will get rid of haste and forge to mastery. See how it feels. I normally get uncomfortable at lower haste levels, but it may be more powerful, while keeping the crit. Thursday night on the non-mastery fights will be a good test.
