Don't press enter after each sentence, gather your comments together in paragraphs to improve readability. Ellipses are not commas. If you are responding to someone, use the quote or multi-quote function, don't use that @twitter thing. Lastly, we don't care which key you bound your new macro to. Imagine how awful the thread would be if everyone posted their keybinds.

As proposed, i try to simply use blink when doing traps...but sometimes we do a couple in a row or we are inadvertently cast into the air.
The macro would be used on those occasions.
@talchas - thanks for the explanation on why this will not work with Slow Fall when it does indeed work with IB and Invis. Makes sense.
@Engkanto - you've hit on the reason for my desire to have this macro exactly.

While not truly a 'single button' solution, this is the best I've been able to come up with:
#showtooltip slow fall
/stopcasting
/cancelaura [modifier:shift] slow fall
/cast [nomodifier] slowfall

Thus, using my 'Z' key, i cast Slow Fall with 'Z' and cancel it with 'SHIFT+Z'.
