Hello, first i want to apologize if my english is not perfect, i hope it's somewhat readable.

My question is how do you calculate the 1768 haste to get a 1.0sec arcane blast with lust+5%raidbuff+4-AB-stack?

I am ingame currently with a fellow shaman providing haste, popping hero, get 4 stacks AB and sit at a cast time of 1.01sec with 1573 haste rating, i dont think i need another 195 rating to get that last 0.01sec.

i am not a goblin.
i don't have the dark intent buff.
so, how do you get to 1768 haste needed to get AB4 to 1.0sec with 5%haste-buff + lust?

This is without 4piece T11, of course.

Further edit. if i think about it, it looks actually very close to the goblin numbers posted above; could it be that Blizzard messed up implementing the racials for worgen,goblins (1%crit/1%haste) ?
