Hey Davuron,

First you should log out with your Ret gear equipped.
Second I think it is better to not use CLCRET. You can become to dependent on this Addon, also you will know the "when to use which spell" after a short time yourself.
Addons like PowerAuras or ClassTimer a wiser choices. These addons only improve your ability to track certain buffs you have, but not tell you what to do.

Obviously we cannot judge about your damage, because we do not know your equip.
You should use your Hammer more often WoL says that you casted 3 times AW and only 6 Hammers thrown.

But I have 2 advises for specc and glyphs for you:

Put the 2 points in Acts of Sacrifice into Eye for an Eye.
For glyphs you should switch Rebuke with Divine Protection and, depending on the fight, Ascetic Defender with Holy Wrath. Holy Wrath is golden for Transitions Phases in the Ragnaros encounter.
