I've warned you before (in July): since asking for gear advice is against the rules, so is answering such questions.

Did you mean to link the 391 Funeral Pyre? If so, use the 391 staff over Spellblade+OH. Else you should use the PvP Blade(may want to sim with normal Volcanospike also) + normal Molten Scream until you can replace them with a 391 staff or get a 391 Volcanospike
