Got 2 quick and hopefully simple questions:
1. How much more dps will a 1.4 dagger OH do over an 2.6 onehand OH?
2. When SS push it from 3 to 5 combo points, do I Evis or it more dps when I RvS first for the 35% even though it "wastes" a combo point?
