You started out well. You made an effort to provide some insight of your own instead of just quoting the blue post, which is why this is only a warning. However your comment, "At any rate, just passing on the data for the smarter guys to sim it up." is exactly what I don't want to see in a post. A call out for other people to comment and discuss things is a horrible combination of rules 6 (don't post if you don't have anything to say) and 7 (don't ask other people to do work for you). You should have just stopped when you were done.

Elemental, 2P -- Elemental Mastery also grants you 400 mastery rating 15 sec.
Elemental, 4P -- Each time Elemental Overload triggers, you gain 200 haste rating for 4 sec, stacking up to 3 times.
400 mastery with 1/5 up time give or take and 600 haste versus infinite fire elemental.... I don't see the new set bonuses trumping 2 piece at the moment. At any rate, just passing on the data for the smarter guys to sim it up. Enjoy!
