Just ask your question without all the back story about your account reactivation, item level, and raiding history.
Also, you don't need to include your talent build, we can see that (and your item level) in your armory link to the left.

Hi,
First of all thanks for this great post, really appreciate it. I'm coming back to this game and it's only about 3 weeks that I reactivate my account. It's been a long time since I stopped HL PVE (3 months after the launch of WOTLK), still I think that I have a strong experience with my sham (I play it since 2005 and was RL in a decent HL guild til 2009).
What I see, is that now it's difficult to balance the character wisely, but more or less I've seen the light. My ilvl is still low (365) and I don't have yet a huge cata raid experience (far from that actually) but one thing I really don't understand is why in your guide you say that Focused insight must be dropped out. I mean, I agree that things must be extremely well coordinated but for example when you single target heal (MT) it's quit easy to put a shock on the boss btw your heals and still I guess that this talent is extremely usefull to increase your power on GH and to reduce the cost of it.
Could someone explain me why for you experts, it's not worth the effort? (my build is WoW Talent Calculator - Sigrie. )
Thank you!
