I'm not sure what you intended to accomplish with this post. It seems kind of whiny, and kind of like it wanted to speculate (poorly) on the intentions of the designers. Either way, it doesn't really have a place here.

Original Post:

Please keep in mind that the below data is pre--PTR and could change prior to the release of patch 4.3.
Warlock
2P -- The duration of your Doomguard and Infernal summons is increased by [15|45] sec and the cooldown of of those spells is reduced by 4 min. (45 for Demonology, 15 for non--Demonology.)
4P -- Soulburn grants a 10% increase to your spell power for 10 sec.

Fresh from mmo-champion these set bonuses hail onto the warlock community.
First thing I thought when i saw those bonuses was, that demonology doomguard dps will get nerfed, the duration goes up by 45 seconds while its only 64.8 in the first place, nearly a 70% increase in duration. And thats not even the most important thing, the cd reduction will make it possible to be used twice in most encounters as long as those bossfights arent super short.
4pc looks kinda mediocore compared to the 2pc, just like any other setbonus, but i will let others calculate how big of an influence this is going to make. It may also change the behaviour of pre soulburning to get another shard in fights without an ability to get shards back from dying adds.
TL : DR 2pc looks very (too) strong and 4pc looks reasonably
