this 4p bonus seems to be the fancy way to buff our execute phase dps
let's say the crit rate of a t13 4p warrior will be around 32%
then the chance to refresh the CS debuff before it wears off is:
1-(0,68*0,68*0,68) ~= 69% (on the assumption we always have the rage to execute)
one has to sim if this is enough to make execute spam more profitable than just refreshing its duration over 5 stacks
that's of course if executes under CS debuff are even better than normal exe phase rotation with standard CS cd
if the exe spam to refresh CS's debuff can be considered, it will also buff SMF more through the lesser chance to be rage starved when You need to hit Execute and probably hit/haste more from the same reason
