Haste is a warrior's worst stat. Not that far below hit but still its the worst. Herbalist is the second worst profession you can have, so no wonder it is missing from the spreadsheet.
You should have two professions that grant strength.

Not everyone can afford or cares to optimize their character to the point of choosing particular professions they may already have duplicated on other toons. You could as well argue that the spreadsheet should only allow whichever race happens to be the current best.
