I'm like.. 95% sure this used to be the posted rotation on this thread (post-4.2 release that is,) but now it seems to be different.
Can anyone shed any light on this? Have I been using the wrong rotation all this time? I still manage to pull 21-26k dps on FL bosses but maybe I can be doing better?

The specific opener isn't going to matter too much. If you're hard casting SB at the start of the pull, that's going to be a DPS loss. But if you're pre-casting it with a tanks countdown it might be ok.
Recently I've been doing an admittedly strange opener of:
Corr>BoA>UA>Haunt>CoE>SF>SB>SB>SB
Once as many my procs light up (Normally I will have, Lightweave, PowerT, Zeth, DMC, sometimes 4pc)>BoD
