If a simulation that is generally accepted as valid appears to be giving you incorrect data, the onus is on you to find where the error is. It's usually a good idea to start with your assumptions.

Original Post:
I realize few are playing this spec competitively in 4.2, but due to some circumstances in my guild, I may be doing so in the near future. I have started to play with simcraft and was confused by what I saw.
Currently, my character is in S10 honor PvP gear, with very few PvE pieces. I ran Simcraft x10k on patchwerk, to get a sense of the stat weights as I began to accumulate PvE gear. To my surprise, Simcraft predicted 21k dps in my current gear.
I say surprise because I note that the median performance for Destro lock on Baleroc (close to patchwerk?) is 22k. How can it be that people in T12 raiding gear are doing 22k but Simcraft predicts 21k for someone wearing a PvP suit?
Do you guys think something may be wrong with simcraft, with respect to Destro? Or does simcraft / blizzard know something that we don't? I looked over the simulator's instruction set, and it seemed in-line with the spell priority recommended here.
