just need a precision here :
when you say "2009" spirit, you mean "additionnal" to what we've got now?
here i've 3004 spirit (unbuffed, tsunami full stacked), and i judge once every 20sec or so because i mainly forget it as long as i don't see my blue bar <50%.
the change to judgement regen means i have to get 1480 spirit (based on the spreadsheet listed above) so a total of 4484 ?
OR that i can reduce my spirit of 1480 and my regen will be the same ? (based on the fact i use the same "rotation" or pace of healing )
