Over two minutes the Druid with no glyph casts 15 WG covering 75 toons, and the other casts 12 WG covering 72 toons. The GoWG Druid saved three GCD's and enough mana for four Rj casts. If he cast Rj three times, he heals for more (one Rj heals more than a one-toon WG) uses less mana, and has a little cast time left over.
The assumption on the first line is certainly debatable, but for the right fight, you'll still want to use GoWG.

This is understandable but i'd say this higher throughput does require you to utilise the spell on every single GCD which as soon as you miss a few is going to reduce this healing difference.
But my biggest concern remains that with other classes getting improved AoE healing we may see our own healing from HoT's being drastically reduced due to larger raid healing of other classes, lowering the time our HoT heals have to tick on the raid before they become pure overheal. Again as with my tier set bonus issues this seems that unless the damage is constant we will end up having more overheal and less direct healing with nothing shown in return for utility.
