I definitely agree with the strength of 2pc t12. Lining up int buffs makes it all the more brutal. Volcanic potion/DMC/PT/Synapse Springs, and if I can line up the potion-less recast of GFE with dmc/pt/synapse, its not strange to have my elemental do upwards of 7k dps with a +97% active time.
On a different note, I would like to say that according to all of my recent parses, once reaching 30% haste raid buffed, that mastery wins out over haste. While I realize that you can't just blindly follow SimC and everything it says, this is a steady trend I've noticed in all of my parses. ATM I'm still weighting haste>mastery on my gear, however ever since hitting 30% raid buffed, mastery has been scaling .04-.06 higher. Which IMO makes sense, due to where it puts your cast times at with EM up. I was wondering other peoples thoughts on this/if anyone has run into this. I hope no one has brought it up and come to a conclusion already, but I'd like to discuss this theoretical "softcap" of sorts.
