I've just switched to combat and am pushing ~28k on Ragnaros while the Shadowcraft has me at 34.8k. Granted, parries and mechanics taken into account, I don't expect to hit the optimal numbers though I'd like to squeeze out every bit I can. I've looked through many pages and haven't seen the answers to my questions so if they have been answered, I apologize.
1. KS should be used with 30% BG but what about AR? Is it more beneficial to pop it immediately after getting SnD/TotT up and keeping it on cooldown or is it best to wait and pop it immediately after KS for the rest of the 30% buff?
