If you have a question about stat weights for your character in particular, your best bet is to download simcraft and check for yourself. The only way anyone else can answer that question is to sim your character, and that's just doing your homework for you. We're not here for that.
Also, toon is a horrible word for character and your use of it is one of the reasons this is an infraction rather than a warning.

Ok, so I am thinking about rolling demo as a secondary spec then. But I am reading conflicting ideas about stat priorities. In the EJ forums it says that mastery has a higher weight than haste, but I'm reading everywhere else the opposite. Could someone clarify? When I get home today, I am planning on setting up my toon
